Site Management
Through our extensive site management services, you can have access to ongoing web hosting, hands-on management, and website service and support. It is nice to know that once your website has been launched, we are always here to help you keep moving forward through our Managed Monthly Service Agreement. You may use your allotted service hours on any combination of services.
We can:
- Edit and update website content created by you
- Receive non-technical support (HTML, CSS, Sitefinity administration, et. al.). (M-F 9-5; provide us with one client employee per support call.)
- Utilize assistance with Macromedia Flash Accents, page graphics, or altering photography.
- Create new templates or alter existing ones
- Add, remove or edit pages
- Assist with the administration of users, groups, and page permissions
- Develop new departments or sections of the site
- Alter existing controls to meet new requirements
- Create new controls or add additional function elements to the Sitefinity CMS
- Upgrade Sitefinity software
